Roots of Tomorrow
We are an official 501(c)(3) student lead non-profit based in Northeast Ohio. Our mission is to tackle environmental issues in Northeast Ohio such as climate change and air quality through the planting of trees while engaging and inspiring our generation.
Our Impact*
Be sure to check out our feature in the Gazette Newspaper here: Roots of Tomorrow Plants Pine Trees in Pierpont. Thanks to Eric Hrin for coming out to write the article.
Every day, 36 million trees are lost, slowly pushing Earth into becoming a barren, desolate wasteland. In Cleveland, tree cover is only half of the recommended amount, which is contributing to poor air quality and worsening heat islands, negatively impacting community health. Immediate action is needed to prevent this future, which is why we created Roots of Tomorrow. Learn more about the roles trees play below.
